We think we know how people truly are
But do we really know how they feel?
The development of perception is formed from
so few traits represented by our fellow peers.

They shout cries that no one hears
When will the day come that we see
That people do what they do for a fucking reason;
the actions of others replaying through their minds,

taunting them, reciprocating trauma-induced perceptions & feelings
It's human nature to act according to how we feel,
so why do people act so condescending to us

'It's not about being correct, or incorrect,
It isn't about being selfish or selfless.
It isn;t even about sharing, or kindness.
It's about listening to eachother, and understanding
why we are the way we are.
I think if we all took the time to do that,
there would be no more war, no more violence.
No more bloodshed, the only thing that will remain is peace.
I've lived all these years, and I finally see. This is what we need.
This is our chance, our time.
Let's make a change now while we still can.
